    Knowledgeable Home Inspector

    Hi I’m Kevin Carpenter , I have been involved in all aspects of the building trades since 1979.  In 1987 I established Carpenter's Custom Cabinets located in New Limerick, Maine that I still own and operate today. In 2016 I  was looking for a change of pace and still remain self employed.  While preforming repairs on my own home I had that famous light bulb moment.  I've learned a lot over the years about building science and how a home performs in Northern Maine. I joined the International association of certified home inspectors in 2016. Since then It has been a ongoing  study with testing and certifications resulting  in average scores of 80, 90 and above.  I plan to continue my training in Home inspections and report writing. Your never done learning.
